Let's transform the design of your life for happiness in just 90 days.
The 90 Day Happiness Challenge is the practical distillation of more than a decade of designing for happiness. Everything we have learned — from personal experiments, from working with individuals and organisations, from the research on what actually moves the needle — compressed into a structured 90 day practice you can start today.
The idea
Happiness is not luck and it is not a personality trait. It is the cumulative output of thousands of small daily decisions about what you eat, how you move, how you sleep, who you spend time with, what you pay attention to, and how you respond to the world. Most of us run those systems on autopilot, inheriting defaults from a culture that was not designed with our happiness in mind.
The 90 Day Happiness Challenge is a chance to take the wheel — to study your own life, run small experiments, measure what actually changes how you feel, and rebuild your daily defaults around what works for you.
What's in it
We have put together a simple tracking template that walks you through the 90 days. It is free — pop in your email and we will send the PDF straight to your inbox. Print it, fill it in digitally, or use it as a starting point for your own version.

Rolling start
There is no single start date. Begin whenever works for you. We sometimes have larger groups joining at certain times of the year, but the challenge is designed so that any day is a good day to start. Day 1 is whenever you decide it is.
Do it with others
Happiness is fundamentally social, and so is this challenge. Join the Feed to ask questions, share what is working and what is not, and learn from others on the same journey. Invite your friends — almost everything in life is more fun (and more durable) when you do it with people you care about.
